To calculate APR in this interest rates page we are using the following default logic. Loan amount used for APR is $150,000 with 1% additional fee scenario. The Adjustable Rate uses a 0.5% Max Periodic Rate Increase with a rate change every 12 months and a maximum Lifetime Rate Increase of 10%. Jumbo rate programs are based on a loan amount of $359,651.
